Momomo is a tubby and short lizard-like merchant. He is seen with a green backpack, and has a horn on his forehead.
History
Madou Monogatari series
Madou Monogatari 123
Momomo debuts as a merchant in Episode II of Madou Monogatari 123, appearing in Lyla's Ruins. He shares a similar naming convention with fellow merchants Nohoho and Yoyoyo.
Madou Monogatari: Hanamaru Dai Youchienji
In Madou Monogatari: Hanamaru Dai Youchienji he runs the Ruins Town Equipment Shop. He also appears in the Dragon Temple and offers to break a wall in exchange for a Firefly Egg to let Arle get to Leviathan. He keeps his promise, and sells the egg on the Bazaar. It is later seen that the Firefly Egg is being re-sold by Fufufu for 4000 Cookies.
Madou Monogatari (Saturn)
In Madou Monogatari (Saturn), Momomo is playable as one of several temporary third party members. He is the last temporary party member, and joins Arle and Rulue to investigate a mysterious cave possessed by a Yog, and to find Lagnus. The objects in his backpack prove themselves useful, with standard attacks such as the Punch Gun and Explosive Bomb. His support skills are Spend Money, which causes confusion by tossing coins, and It's Delicious with Meat, which causes hunger by tossing a piece of meat. For his super attack, he activates the Hired Golem by tossing a coin in its mouth, sending it rampaging over all enemies.
Puyo Puyo Tsu
Momomo resides on the first floor. He and Arle get in an brief argument when she does not want to buy his merchandise. He then informs her that Puyo Puyo is the Momomo Clan's chosen method of settling disputes.
Puyo Puyo~n
Momomo makes no appearence in the story mode of the game, but cameos as an Endless Nazo Puyo opponent. Unlike the other ones, he is not in the Game Boy Color version at all.
Puyo Puyo Box
Momomo is one of the merchants that can be battled in Quest mode. He is fought with Tsu rules in Scramble mode.
Puyo Puyo!! Quest
Momomo shares his series with Oniko, Will-o-Wisp, Nohoho, and Parara, and has similar stat distribution and skills to them.

Trivia
- Being a merchant, Momomo was often associated with the selling of Puyo Puyo merchandise. He was the face of Momomo Tsuu Han (Momomo Mail Order), Compile's mail order service for merchandise such as school supplies and Carbuncle plush toys. He has also been depicted as a seller of Puyoman steamed buns, which were also available through Momomo Tsuu Han.
