Mummy is, as its name implies, a mummy. Its gender remains ambiguous.
History
Madou Monogatari series
Mummy debuted in Madou Monogatari II as a random enemy. In Madou Monogatari Episode II: Carbuncle, a red-eyed variant appears in Schezo's Dungeon and a blue-eyed variant appears in Lyla's Ruins.
Puyo Puyo (1992)
Mummy is the third and final opponent of the Beginner course. Mummy laments the fact that its bandages won't fit on Arle's body.
In the English version, Mummy threatens to make Silvana "beg and plead for mercy."
Puyo Puyo Tsu
Mummy resides on the second floor. Mummy asks for Arle's help in untangling its bandages; when Arle mocks the creature's plight, it grows angry and snaps the bandages by itself.
In the CD and Ketteiban versions of Puyo Puyo Tsu Mummy uses a type of curse to increase its power, but it fails and ends up summoning a butterfly.
Puyo Puyo~n
Mummy is not playable in either version of Puyo Puyo~n, but it cameos in the Game Boy Color version. Mummy can be seen with Zoh Daimaoh, Nasu Grave, and Succubus in the opening, as they do trapeze.
