Parara is a merchant that appears to be a snowman, and is seen often with a chest behind his back. Like Skeleton T and Dapper Bones, Parara doesn't rotate his Puyo.
History
Madou Monogatari series
Parara appears as a merchant in Madou Monogatari 1 and its Mega Drive remake.
Puyo Puyo Tsu
Parara resides on the third floor. Arle wonders aloud whether he will be a weak or strong opponent, with Parara nodding after each sentence. After a while, he stops waiting for Arle's statements and nods his head continuously.
Puyo Puyo Box
He appears as an optional battle and a shopkeep in Quest mode, and as a Tsu opponent in Rally mode. Unlike in Puyo Puyo Tsu, Parara can rotate his Puyo in this game.
Puyo Puyo!! Quest
In Puyo Puyo!! Quest, he now does not speak a word in his in-game monologues.
