In Fever 2, she has a crush on Sig, which saddened Onion Pixie.

Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary

In Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary, she becomes Onion Pixie's girlfriend. As soon as Nasu Grave heard Onion Pixie say "kissy kissy", he became jealous. She isn't in Onion Pixie's cutscenes(at least isn't seen), and her name is Onionette.

Puyo Puyo!! 20th Anniversary

She tags along Onion Pixie in his story, which is about him trying to prove his worth to her.

Trivia

• Her name has several Japanese puns in it. Firstly, -ko is a common female name suffix, so it makes sense as "onionko". Secondly, niko means smile, and she is known to be constantly smiling.
• Oniko appears as part of Onion Pixie's counter, fifth spell, heavy damage, and victory animations in 15th and the 3DS version of 20th.
• Although she cannot speak, Oniko is not part of the Atmospheric Talk combination in Quest.
