Will-O-Wisp is a large wisp that can make people dizzy with bright light. It also has two little wisps that follow him behind.

History

Madou Monogatari series

Will-O-Wisp debuted as an early random encounter in Madou Monogatari II. In the PC98 version, it has no face.

Puyo Puyo Tsu

Will-O-Wisp resides on the first floor. It becomes angry when Arle comments that it has a weird face that makes it look like it is "not even thinking at all."

Puyo Puyo Box

In addition to the standard Will-o-Wisp, Box contains a more powerful version named Burning Soul.

Comet Summoner

Will-O-Wisp appears as a boss.

Trivia

Until January 2015, its Japanese name was erroneously put in Puyo Puyo!! Quest as ウィル・ウォー・ウィスプ.
Its voice actress in Puyo Puyo Tsu CD is the mother of Ally's voice actress. It shares her with one of the Banshee Trio.
