Issen is the main antagonist of the Puyo Puyo!! Quest Story Mode introduced in the 10.0.0 version update. They are the head of the Time Paradise Company's RND department as Zero and Hachi's superior. Issen was initially only heard as a voice on the phone until their first appearance in a side story added to the story's fourth arc on a later update. Their true name and gender are currently unknown.

Personal History

Issen claims that they belong to every time and world. Zero is also unable to find any records of Issen's existence when he ran a search.

Appearance

Issen appears to be a young adult with purple eyes and long blond hair streaked with mint green. They wear gloves and are dressed in a uniform similar to Zero and Hachi's with purple trims, but unlike Zero and Hachi's black uniforms, their uniform is primarily white.

Relationships

Hachi

As one of the employees of Time Paradise Company, Hachi works under Issen to scrape the data of the multiverse. Issen seems to think highly of Hachi's skills based on their interaction in their side story.

Zero

Issen seems to think highly of Zero's skills based on their interaction in their side story.
