The Banshee Trio is a group of three girls who appear young but are truly over 90 years old. They are always fought as a single unit.

History
Madou Monogatari series
The Banshee Trio debuted as a random encounter in Madou Monogatari 123. They attack by shrieking. In the PC-98 version the trio's dresses are the same color as their hair and they have a more mature physique.
Puyo Puyo Tsu
The Banshee Trio resides on the first floor. Arle complains that three against one is unfair, but changes her mind after the Trio noisily protests.
The Banshee Trio also appear in the SNES version's Beginner Course. Here, the Trio show off Arle their new dresses, much to her (who always wear the same clothes) dismay.

- The Banshee Trio's description in the arcade Puyo Puyo Tsu is both true and false; the Eight Champions being "11 members" due to them only applies when factoring in Masked Satan's appearance as the hidden boss, meaning there are only 10 members in the Eight Champions otherwise. This was changed in Puyo Puyo CD Tsu to reflect the latter case, but is unchanged in the English description used in SEGA AGES Puyo Puyo Tsu.
