Red Amitie is an alternate costume for Amitie. She can be bought from Popoi's shop for 2424 points. She has the same dropset and power as Amitie, but different animations and voice clips. It's possible that this is the result of the Red Puyo Cap's hidden potential Schezo mentioned to Amitie in Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary, but whether this is true or not remains uncertain.
