The Goddess of Spacetime
The Goddess of Spacetime is a character referenced in the manual of the PC-98 version for Puyo Puyo[1]. It is said that she whisks Puyo away to another dimension when the spell Owanimo is used. She also appears as a card in Pocket Puyo Puyo Sun.

Professor Lucifer
Satan's twin brother and Arle's teacher in the Kadokawa novelizations.
Rasp
Rasp is a dark elf archer that only appears in the Waku Waku Puyo Dungeon manga. They work as an underling to Satan. According to the writer, Guriko Magami, their age and gender are unknown, as well as their salary, but it's apparently more than what a manga artist makes.
Tama
Tama is a small white bird that imprints on Amitie as its mother in Amitie and the Mysterious Egg.

Masamune
Masamune is a traveling samurai and one of Arle's love interests in the Kadokawa novels.
Mano
Mano is the main character in Madou Monogatari: Mano and the Mysterious Hat, a webcomic released on the D4 Enterprise website from 2007 to 2012. She uses fire magic and likes cake.

The primary antagonist of Madou Monogatari: Mano and the Mysterious Hat, an evil wizard who led millions of monsters, ruling over the Rockmeier Kingdom. His goal is to obtain the key to the demon world.
True Madou Monogatari Characters
The Creator
The Creator is the primary antagonist of the True Madou Monogatari series. He is effectively the god of the Puyo Puyo universe. He turned the old world into the Madou World after centuries of infighting.
