The official Japanese websites for Puyo Puyo Fever and Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary contain several flash games available to be played online. This page serves to document all such games.
While the depreciation of Adoble Flash has rendered these games accessible through standard means, they can still be played through reimplementations of Flash, such as Ruffle or the Flashpoint Archive.

Puyo Puyo Pipe
Puyo Puyo Pipe (ぷよぷよパイプ) is a puzzle game taking place on an 8x8 square grid. The player places two random Puyos at a time, each with pipes that allow it to connect with other placed Puyos. A set of Puyos cannot be placed adjacent to Puyos that have pipes that do not connect with it. There can be up to three placeable Puyo colors at once, and only Puyos of the same color can connect with each other.
Puyos disappear from the board if four or more of them link together. A stage is cleared once a certain amount of Puyos have been placed on the board.

Puyo Puyo Roll
Puyo Puyo Roll (ぷよぷよクルクル) is a puzzle game set on a 6x6 game board. The game area can be filled with Puyos of different possible colors, Garbage Puyos, and blocks. The player must spin around the game board to move the Puyos around to fulfil specific tasks in a similar vein to Mission Puyo. The Puyos have identical properties to those in standard Puyo Puyo rulesets; four of more Puyos of the same color can be erased, and chaining is a core component of many stages.
Puyo Puyo Spot the Difference
Puyo Puyo Spot the Difference (ぷよぷよマチガイサガシ) is a spot-the-differences game. The player is given sixty seconds to spot the differences between two images; however, the images are not shown at once, and the player must flip between the two to compare them. Flipping the images deducts one second from the timer.
Puyo Puyo Bowling
Puyo Puyo Bowling (ぷよぷよよボウル) is a simple bowling game where the player uses a Green Puyo to knock down bowling pins shaped like Popois.
Puyo Puyo Attack
Puyo Puyo Attack (ぷよぷよタタキ) is a game of Whac-A-Mole. The player must hit various Puyos, all of which give ten points when hit and add to the player's combo score. The combo score resets to zero when a Puyo is missed. Occasionally, Donguri Gaeru may pop out of a hole; hitting him will award the player with a score proportional to the player's combo meter, as well as reset it to zero. The objective of the game is to earn 3000 points.
Puyo Puyo Slot
Puyo Puyo Slot (ぷよぷよスロット) is a slot machine game played on a 4x4 game area. The player starts with 100 points, and 10 points are needed for each spin of the machine. Red, Blue and Green Puyo are present on the machine, and each column can be stopped individually. After all four columns have been stopped, conventional Puyo Puyo rules are applied: four or more linking Puyos of the same color will be erased, awarding points to the player. Gravity is also present, meaning chains can be performed for more points. Onion Pixie icons can also be present, essentially serving as blocks which cannot be erased. The player wins when they attain 300 points and loses when they reach zero points.

Puyo Puyo 15th Anniversary Puzzle (ぷよぷよ15パズル) is a sliding puzzle played on a 4x4 grid. The player is tasked with correctly reassembling a picture of Amitie.

Jump!!! (Working title)
Jump!!!!!!!! is a platforming game reminiscent of Doodle Jump. The player controls a Puyo as it ascends through floating platforms by using the arrow keys on the keyboard to alter the arc of the Puyo's jump.
Hoops! (Working title)
Hoops!!! is a puzzle game similar in gameplay to Angry Birds. The player controls the arc and force of a cannon shooting Green Puyos, with the objective being to land a Puyo inside a hoop. The Puyos will bounce off any wall it comes in contact with, which may hinder or assist the player depending on the stage. The player is given five Puyos, which serve as lives, to shoot for each stage.
CHRISTMAS!!! (Working title)
CHRISTMAS!!! is a puzzle game where the player controls a Puyo through a series of boards. The goal is to connect the Puyo with another Puyo on the same board. The other Puyo's movements are the inverse of the player-controlled one's, meaning the player has to deduce the correct path to allow the two pieces to connect. Obstacles such as pits and blocks are present on the board as factors the player has to consider during gameplay.
Puyo Puyo 360°
Puyo Puyo 360° (ぷよぷよ360°) is a puzzle game. The goal is to navigate a maze to get a Green Puyo towards a goal. The player controls the maze directly, spinning it to move the Puyo. There are several obstacles inside the maze, such as boosters or walls that vanish and reappear at set intervals.
Puyo Puyo Sniper
Puyo Puyo Sniper is a game played on a conventional Puyo Puyo styled game board, although the size of the area differs from regular Puyo Puyo and varies between stages. Each stage starts with a pre-set board filled with blocks and Puyos; the player is given the ability to erase a single Puyo in order to start a chain reaction dictated by the objective of the stage, in a similar manner to Mission Puyo.
This game received a remake in Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary proper, although it went unused there and only in the 1.1 release of the DS version.
