Waku Waku Puyo Dungeon (Manga) is the 3 volume serialization of Waku Waku Puyo Puyo Dungeon that follows the split adventures of Arle Nadja, Rulue, and Schezo Wegey as they travel though Waku Waku Puyo Puyo Land, an amusement park created by Satan. Although more volumes were intended, the writer was unable to continue the serialization, and thus the story was left unfinished.

List of Differences

  • Ragnus the Brave is a major character and features prominently in Arle's story despite not appearing in the original game. He has three split personalities in this manga: the courageous, heroic version of him that's seen throughout the series, his child form who is a manifestation of Ragnus running away in battle, and an aggressive, perverted version of him that is the manifestation of all the unheroic thoughts he's ever thought of.
  • Honey Bee is a major character in Schezo's side of the story, becoming infatuated with him, and following him around, much to his chargin, and assumes that they're in a relationship together.
  • Incubus is a major antagonist in Schezo's story, rather than just being a boss in the original game.
  • Witch has been redesigned, most notably changing her hat and robe to have a cape and a high collar.
  • Rasp is an manga exclusive character and is a dark elf archer that works under Satan. They act as a minor antagonist to both Rulue and Schezo.
