The Unfinished Tower (未完の塔 Mikan no tō) is a tower constructed by Hoho in Puyo Puyo Fever 2. This is where the player can access endless modes and view their records.
At first, the tower is incomplete and a set of blueprints can be seen on a drawing stand, but can be rebuilt by completing the 10 stage story mode once per save file at the Tower.
Once completed, the tower turns into the Endless Tower (Stairway to the Heaven), where random opponents appear on the 11th floor onwards if the player defeat the same first 10 opponents again in each future run. Hoho can be seen here.
