Primp Town (プリンプタウン Purinpu Taun) is the fictional setting of Puyo Puyo Fever and Puyo Puyo Fever 2. It is the hometown of Amitie and her classmates, and the current home of Arle Nadja and several characters originally from the world of Madou Monogatari. The surrounding area is collectively known as "Primp". In Puyo Puyo Fever 2, Primp Town serves as the main menu for the player with the different locations in the town serving different features.

Geography

Primp Town is known to be fairly isolated due to its unique geography, which made it difficult for people to travel in and out of town. They are near the seaside, a desert, and seem to be separated from other towns by mountains and forests. However, Primp Town's abundance in natural resources made the citizens generally self-sufficient, so they never suffered much because of this isolation.[1]

The closest town that has been mentioned frequently is Lemres' and Feli's hometown, where the Elite Magic School is located. Little is known about it besides the fact that the Pitto Dunes separate these two towns.

History

The town's natural geography was not the only factor in its isolation from the outside world in history. Minerals used in sorcery in the past could not be found here, so magicians from neighboring villages did not have much interest in visiting Primp Town.[2]
