Starting from 2019/02/12, all colors of Endless Tower is available at all times.

Score
The performance for each play is evaluated by the score (スコア) attained. Currently, scores attained do not affect the rewards for that play, but rewards can be from obtained Title Missions for attaining designated scores.
Calculating Score
The score is evaluated in four components:
- Clear Turn (クリアターン): Number of turns taken to clear the quest
- Maximum Damage (最高ダメージ): Highest damage from normal turn (exclude skill-initiated damage)
- Maximum Chain (最大れんさ): Highest chain from normal turn (exclude skill-initiated chains and Large Chain Chance)
- Floor Bonus (フロアボーナス): Additional points for clearing higher floors

First-clear Reward Reset
The first-clear rewards of all floors are sometimes reset and can be obtained again afterwards:
- 2022/10/20 11:00~:
- Resets happens regularly in early January, April, July, and October without needing data update. It happens when you enter the Technical menu for the first time after the reset date/time.
- Floors up to (highest floor cleared at the time of reset -3) will be automatically "cleared", and their first-clear rewards will be automatically granted to present box. A pop-up will summarize all rewards claimed.
- Floors above (highest floor cleared at the time of reset -2) will be locked and not immediately available to play; you must replay and clear lower floor(s) before unlocking them again.
- If you failed to clear additional floors between resets, the number of floors benefiting from the automatic clear/reward claim will be further lowered
- e.g. If the highest floor cleared at the time of reset was 60F:
