PPQ:Stamina and Magic Point
Stamina (やるき) and Magic Point (まりょく) are the resources players use to access the various quests, battles and events in Puyo Puyo!! Quest. The two resources are shown in gauges (ゲージ) at the top of most menu screens.

Restoration
Stamina and Magic Points can be restored by the following methods. Note that some (but not all) of the restoration methods allow for Stamina/Magic Point to overflow beyond the current cap.

Gauge Caps
Both Stamina and Magic Point have a cap that dictates how much of each resource the player can save up in the gauge at one time. The Stamina Cap increases with the player's User Rank, up to a maximum of 500 Stamina. The Magic Point Cap is fixed at all times at 30 Magic Points.

Recovery Item
Recovery Item (回復アイテム), specifically the Stamina Herb (やるきそう) and Magic Point Potion (まりょくの水), are items used exclusively to immediately restore Stamina or Magic Points.
While not as an exclusive use, Magic Stones (魔導石) can also be used to restore Stamina or Magic Points, with the added effect of refreshing the guild-member supporter list.

Recovery Items can be used as long as resultant guages do not exceed 999 Stamina or 99 Magic Points, even if the gauge is currently full or overflown. It is also possible to use multiple of the same item as once if wanted.
Before the 2019/06/04 version update, they can only be used when the respective gauge has space, and would be unusable when the respective gauge is already full or overflown.
To use a Recovery Item:
- From the main menu, select Gear Icon → Held Items (所有アイテム) to see all your held items, and select the desired item(s) and quantity to use
- Select the Plus Button next to the respective gauge and select the desired item(s) and quantity to use from the pop-up
- The Recovery Item pop-up will appear when a player attempts to start a quest/battle without enough Stamina/Magic Point, from which select the desired item(s) and quantity to use
