The celestial residing within the shrine of Aquarius of the Heavenly Sphere. He's usually playing the part of the waterboy, but now he's swimming around in the ocean as a mermaid. Seem like old habits die hard, though.

天界にあるほうべい宮に住む天界人。ふだんは給仕係をしているが、今は海中を人魚の姿で泳ぎまわっている。だけど、思わぬハプニングもあるみたい？
