Flavor Text

天界にあるほうべい宮に住む天界人。ふだんは給仕係をしている。今はとある人に貸してもらった布を身に着けたせいか、人魚のような姿になってしまった。

The celestial residing within the shrine of Aquarius of the Heavenly Sphere. He's usually playing the part of the waterboy. A certain someone bestowed upon him a very special cloth, and thanks to that, he's taken the form of a mermaid.
