プワープアイランドの雲の上にある、天気村に住むお天気職人見習いの男の子。早く一人前になって、抱えている大きなカンテラで島を晴れにしたいなあと思っている。

A weather craftsperson’s apprentice boy who lives in Weather Village, on the cloud above Pwurp Island. He wishes to be a grown-up shinemaker ASAP, so he can make the island sunny with his kerosene lamp.
