プワープアイランドの雲の上にある、天気村に住むお天気職人見習いの男の子。晴れの日が大好きで、毎日晴れていたらいいのにと太陽の下を駆け回っている。

A weather craftsperson’s apprentice boy who lives in Weather Village, on the cloud above Pwurp Island. He loves being sunny, to the point that wishing everyday to be such while running under the sun.

I'm Yoh! I'm learning to become a shinemaker, a craftsperson who makes it being sunny! Nice to meet ya!
