A weather craftsperson’s apprentice boy who lives in Weather Village, on the cloud above Pwurp Island. He sometimes decide the next day's weather by throwing his shoe like a coin, but it seems to always become sunny.

プワープアイランドの雲の上にある、天気村に住むお天気職人見習いの男の子。クツをぽーんと放って明日の天気を決めることもあるけど、いつも結果は晴れらしい。

Being sunny isn't simple as ya think. With the help of other guys, we can make various weathers.

晴れにも、イロイロあってさ　他のヤツと協力して、いろんな天気を作るんだ

Being sunny makes me, uhm... want to run for no reason!
