Nazo Puyo (also known as "Mission Puyo" or, in Puzlow Kids, "Quest Mode") is a gameplay mode where players solve puzzles instead of battling an opponent. It may also refer to:
- Nazo Puyo (Game Gear): A title released for the Game Gear.
- Nazo Puyo (PC-98): A title released for the PC-9801.
- Nazo Puyo: A series of short games contained in the PC98 and Windows '95 incarnations of Disc Station.
- Mission Puyo: A gameplay ruleset introduced in Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary in which players race to accomplish a certain number of simple objectives.
