時計塔の番人、兼、時計技師。
人と関わることよりも、時計の修理や本を読む
時間のほうが大切らしい。独り言が多い。

A timepiece technician who lives in and watches over the tallest building in a certain city of steam--the clock tower. He seems to prefer spending his time repairing clocks and reading books rather than fraternizing with other people. He's prone to talking to himself.
