The Celestial residing within the shrine of Sagittarius of the Heavenly Sphere. Is gentle-natured despite being an archer, and likes to create bow and arrows. With the way he stubbornly refuses to shoot his arrows, it's as if he's forgotten how to use them properly.

天界にあるやぶさめ宮に住む天界人。弓使いだが温厚な性格で、弓矢作りが好き。まるで本来の使い方を忘れてしまったかのように、かたくなに矢は放たない。
