Two weather craftsperson apprentices who live in Weather Village above the high clouds on Pwurp Island. At first glance, it may seem like Shitori is the gutsier of the two, but surprisingly, Pikari is the one who takes the lead, very often pulling the strings of things.
プワープアイランドの雲の上にある、天気村に住むお天気職人見習いの女の子2人組。一見するとシトリの方が気が強いが、引っ張るのは意外とピカリの方らしい。
