Like her ★6, the forepart of Elma's incantation is a sentence reversed and incantationified. Unravelling this incantation:
「イナサ・ルユハサ・ルワノウ・ヨジイレコ」 (Inasaa Ruyuhasaa Ruwanou Yoji-Ireko)
「コレイジョウノワルサハユルサナイ」 (kore ijou no warusa wa yurusanai)
「これ以上の悪さは許さない」 (This wickedness now is forgiven no more!)

The other part of her incantation (邪気退散 Jaki Taisan) also happens to be the name of a Yu-Gi-Oh card.
