"In Fever 1, Fever 2, an 7, this punishment takes away two steps from the chain, while in 15th Anniversary, only one is taken from the chain." I'm not sure if this is correct, I think I'll test it later. I'm pretty sure what should be here is that the minimum in Fever 1/2 and 7 is a 3 chain but you'll always have a 5 chain in PP15th. -S2PID
