An attendant to the princess who watches over the Milky Way within a country of stars. She keeps watch over the tanzaku that the princess has written her wishes onto, and keeps an eye on the Milky Way with bamboo in hand.

おせっかいと思われないよう気をつかってる。
An attendant to the princess who watches over the Milky Way within a country of stars. She's very tender-hearted when it comes to the princess, and is always worrying about her. She tries her best not to seem overbearing.

何よりお姫様の願いをかなえるのがたいせつ。
無事に天の川を渡れることを祈っている。
An attendant to the princess who watches over the Milky Way within a country of stars. Before anything else, she wants the wishes of the princess to be able to come true. She's praying that the princess reaches the other side of the Milky Way safely.

年に１回の約束の日を見届けるのが役目。
お姫様が幸せだと自分も幸せなんだとか。
An attendant to the princess who watches over the Milky Way within a country of stars. Her duty is to make sure that this promised day, one that only comes about once a year, is seen through. It seems that, if the princess is happy, Capica is happy too.
