The gagakushi group's ryuteki specialist, just like his brother. Although born into the same prestigious family known for it's history in gagaku, he grew up overshadowed by Narukami's popularity. He's become a bit of a pushover as a result.

雅楽師グループで兄と同じ龍笛（りゅうてき）担当。雅楽の名門に生まれるも、天才と名高いナルカミ と比較されて育ったためか、やや卑屈な性格と なってしまった。
