遊んでいる人の前に現れる、かざぐるまの妖怪。いつもはおちついた物腰の彼も、ひとたび風が　吹きはじめると、誰よりも無邪気にはしゃぐ姿を　見せるのだとか。

A pinwheel spirit who appears in front of people playing with pinwheels. He usually has a calm demeanor, but once the wind starts blowing, he seems to frolic more innocently and excitedly than anyone else.
