Translation Information

Dual Shift Regulus - Translated as: "Nemean Lion Regulus" - First kanji refers to herculean strength, the Nemean lion is the lion Hercules defeated in roman tale, said to be immovable to mortal attack due to its golden fur, this lion is also the lion the "Leo" const. is based off of.
PuyoQuest 11.5th Anniversary Manzai - Translated as: "Search! An anomaly that couldn't Bee" - This one wasn't too hard. The original JP is literally translated as something like, "Search! Bug Anomaly Couldn't Be!", so I just took the cheap pun and ran with that credit.

Other

Hello, my name is Maihen, alternatively Cyrus. Most people know me as "the inhuman guy." I used to translate for the wiki, but I've now devoted my time to better understandings of Japanese and 2 other languages - Brazilian Portuguese and Korean. (Maybe if we ever host KR-PPQ related things here, I could help? (Probably not, since most stuff seems to be named the same thing, anyway.))

Feel free to reach out to me on discord if you want to chat for fun. Recently, I said my translation career is over, but I guess I'm good enough at bug puns to have gotten a 2nd translation on here. Also, I'm trying to be more active on Bluesky (and you should follow me, because I love the attention).

FUTON HUNTER SPHINX CANNON!!!!!!

In case you don't know me well, this is my favorite card in the game. I will attempt to keep this part of my page updated with the best possible version of this deck at all times. (NOTE: This deck performs best with the stage effect Attack/Recovery Swap, and as such, any decks here will assume that stage effect is active.)

[★7] Valkyrie Amitie [★7] Spotlight Witch [★7] Futon Hunter Sphinx [★7] Aegis [★7] Matazou [★7] Allstar Academy Witch
[★7] Evil Popoi the Great [★7] On-stage Ringo [★7] Skyful Starlight Atari [★7] Masked Satan

Deck Explanation: Okay, this is the whackiest version of this deck by far (as if the previous versions weren't already pretty weird (Subaru Natsuki, anyone?)), but it's pretty simple in concept. It's biggest shortcoming is probably the ailments being very block-able (seal and paralysis), but it should still function fine in most scenarios (though in the case that ailments do get blocked, you can always swap out Masked Satan with Even Darker Sig).
(Note: Wow, I just realized how tone-deaf it was of me to just suggest swapping MSatan with EDSig so casually. Going to 600 GP once will do that to you, I guess.)
(UPDATE: I... onerolled Valkyrie Amitie, so she's on the leader side of this deck now. I might need to update the deck order to reflect a better adjacent target at some point.)

This deck works like most spin decks; charge your front row, use deck spin AS and lead Matazou, charge back row.

Then, you'd activate Masked Satan and Skyful Starlight Atari. Since they're both 3-turn buffs, you'll be able to use them alongside Valkyrie Amitie and not worry about the buffs not "reaching" your burst - as a matter of fact, by using V. Amitie last, you can use Matazou to spin to sphinx lead immediately.

Since Matazou has, of course, recharged immediately, you can go ahead and use On-Stage Ringo, Demon King Popoi the Great, and Aegis, and then spin once more to All-Star Academy Witch as your leader.

Lastly, use A.A. Witch and Spotlight witch, and then use Futon Hunter Sphinx AS, and hopefully the enemy explodes. Since this does not count as using a turn, you can get up to 3 bursts if you have lucky traces and recharge the 2-turn yellow cards at your front row alongside Futon Hunter Sphinx.

Again, a reminder that this deck will only function well with Attack/Recovery Swap Stage effect, since otherwise, adjacent attack up will not change the damage output value.

If you're reading this, thank you for listening to my rant about my favorite character and character alt. I love her, in a professional way, of course.
Stay Delusional!
