  • name: The name of the character. Required.
  • kanji: The character's Japanese name.
    • romaji: The character's Japanese name written in romaji. Only required if kanji was also used.
  • image: An image of the character. Usually using the highest rarity.
    • caption: A caption to display for the image. Usually rarity + card name, e.g. "[★5] Doppelganger Arle"
  • series: Series number and name, linking to the series category.
    • e.g. 29. Puyo Puyo~n Series (29. [[:Category:PPQ:Puyo Puyo~n Series|Puyo Puyo~n Series]])
    • If the card is not in any specific series, ignore this.
  • color: Color of the card. Link to the color category
    • e.g. Red ([[:Category:PPQ:Red Characters|Red]])
  • type: Type (Balance/HP/Attack/Recover) and Attack Mode (Single/Mass) of the card,separated with a slash (/). Link to the type categories.
    • e.g. Balance/Single ([[:Category:PPQ:Balance Type Characters|Balance]]/[[:Category:PPQ:Single Attack Characters|Single]])
  • voiceactor: The character's voice actor. Use the Nihongo template if necessary.
    • e.g. Mie Sonozaki (園崎未恵) ({{Nihongo|Mie Sonozaki|園崎未恵}})
  • combin: Combinations of the card. Separate with the bullet template ({{*}}) and link to the combination categories.
    • e.g. GirlsMany Mysteries ([[:Category:PPQ:Girls Combination|Girls]] {{*}} [[:Category:PPQ:Many Mysteries Combination|Many Mysteries]])
    • If the combination applies only to specific rarities, state so. e.g. Boss!?|ボス!?}} (★5 only) ([[:Category:PPQ:Boss!? Combination|Boss!?]]|ボス!?}} (★5 only))
  • equiv: Equivalent characters of the card (including itself). Separate with the bullet template ({{*}}) and link.
