Growth Quests (育成クエスト) is a category of Special Contents in Puyo Puyo!! Quest. Quests in this category provide a reliable outlet for players to gather materials to strengthen character cards.
There are six series of quests in this category, four available at all times and two for limited time only:
Crown Quest
Crown Quest (王冠クエスト) lets players gather various rarities of Material Puyos (between [★3] Rock Puyos to [★6] Comet Puyos), which grant large amounts of card experience when used in Power-up Fusion.
Crown Quests are divided by which color of Material Puyos you can get:

Sweets Mountain
Sweets Mountain (スイーツ山) lets players gather materials used in Transformation Fusion.
Quests of Sweets Mountain are divided by which type of common materials you can get:
- Ice Mountain (アイス山) to obtain Puyo Ice for Balance Type characters
- Candy Mountain (キャンディー山) to obtain Puyo Candy for HP Type characters
- Jelly Mountain (ゼリー山) to obtain Puyo Jelly for Attack Type characters
- Choco Mountain (チョコ山) to obtain Puyo Choco for Recover Type characters
The rare Grimoire and 100-point Test are available in all types at specific difficulties at a chance.

Tastass Forest
Tastass Forest (タスタス森) lets players gather Puslers, which grant Plus Bonus (for extra stat points above the normal levelling curve) when used in Power-up Fusion.
Note that neither Skill Puslers (for raising Skill Level and Battle Skill Level) and the more powerful Book of Secrets are out of the scope of these quests.
