Madou Monogatari 4 (Working Title) ((魔導物語4（仮）) Madō Monogatari 4 (Kari)) is an upcoming game developed by Sting and published by Compile Heart in collaboration with Sega and D4 Enterprises. It was announced in a Famitsu article on October 10th, 2023 and is planned to release sometime in Summer 2024.[1]

Development
Pre-release
The game is being published by Compile Heart, the successor to the original Compile who created the Madou Monogatari franchise. Since D4 Enterprises and Sega are collaborating on this title, characters from both Puyo Puyo and Madou Monogatari are planned to appear in the full game. Sting, the developing company, apparently has many connections to Compile as well.[2]
In an interview with gaming website Touch Arcade about the release of Puyo Puyo Puzzle Pop with the Puyo Puyo series producer Mizuki Hosoyamada, he mentioned that he was involved in the production of Madou Monogatari 4. At the time of writing, he mentioned reviewing the characters included in the game.[3]
