lol, it's a patch to translate the NDS rom of Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary. Instructions are inside the readme.

This is a patch for the Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary DS Game.

To use it, you must have a copy of the Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary DS Game's Rom. You may retrieve it using various techniques:

A Slot-2 (GBA Card) Flash Cart on a Cracked DS (Cracked with a PassMe device in the slot-1 (DS slot) and running the FlashMe patcher so that the PassMe is not needed for using DS games via Slot-2 Flashcards) can run a dumper application, which can dump the contents of the Slot-1 card (Inserted would need to be your copy of PP15th)

Download it via P2P (For this you may have to figure it out yourself) OR a DS Romsite (though many are fake). This route is additionally illegal, but nobody cares.

There are some other dumping methods out there, too.

Next, Download the patch, extract it, place the ROM in the same directory as it and run Patch!.bat. Now, it will patch over your ROM, and it will be translated into english (Aside from obvious things like the voices and also the WiFi rank which makes sense)

Next thing, you must somehow get it back onto your DS. A DS Flashcard (Slot-1 or Slot-2) can do this. Slot-2 DS Flashcards often have patch utilities for commercial games. A special note for Supercard SD Slot-2 owners: You'll need to patch for Cart position if you expect to play this over DS Download and Play. (It's in the properties.)

Um can someone help me becuz i think i have the wrong version becuz each time i try to open up the Patch it keeps saying something about xdelta3.
I got my puyopuyo on frozen-roms

Well you probably shouldn't mention where you got the ROM... but try finding another site. I know theres one much more generically named thats real and has a Good NDS set (Any Good NDS compatible PP15th 1.1 will work.) Speaking of good roms, you should be getting the 1.1 version.

xdelta3 is a patching utility with integrity checking.

In short, it can patch files and make sure they get patched properly. It's better than typical IPS patches people use oh so often.

It doesn't matter whether you download v1.0 or v1.1. If you download the right patch, it updates the rom to v1.1 anyway.

YES!!! this is awesome. I love Japanese, but I only passed 4 classes of it. I'm still going but now I know what I'm doing in the one where you have to do what they tell you to. It told me stuff like make a 2 chain, or it would tell me to set off 2 colors at the same time. Thanks for this!!!

Err...Either I got a bad ROM/Emulator, or the game refuses to run. On both versions(Jap and Eng) I get an error message about the game data being unable to be read, and it asks me to reinsert the cartridge.
