I think this game runs really good on popular DS emulators (including No$GBA), but it's impossible to legally dump the ROM without a flashcart of some sort.

Excellent job on the translation patch! There seems to be a bug problem when I try to start a free battle mode match. When I am done selecting the characters the game seems to freeze when it starts to load any battle data. Has this happened to any one else?

Man, how tedious. Guess I'll wait for the transcript.

This patch does look like professional quality (except for a couple of side comments during the lessons almost going outside the speech bubble, but that's really minor). Great job.

Not that I've heard of. More likely a problem with your emulator or flashcart. If you're using an emulator, try downloading a different one.

This is a patch for the official Nintendo DS game Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary Edition that provides English translations of nearly all texts. Technically you can play it with PC via Nintendo DS emulators but that's about it. (There are no official PC releases of this game but someone here said that PCSX2 is now running the Japanese only PS2 version.) You need the ROM to patch the game (Legally obtainable by using a Flashcart and a program to dump it from an official ROM.)

You can buy it

You'll want a SLOT-2 flashcart or something else to dump with if you want to do it the entirely legal way. (Other methods involve the ROM obtained via illegal methods, in which case you are on your own in finding the ROM.)

Is it for PC?
Nope. There was a Carnival Edition of this game (Japanese only) that was available for PC for some times of a month for a while but it no longer works now even if you do have it.

Can play online?
Via WiFi or DS Download and Play to a cracked DS (Notice: SuperCard SD Slot-2 owners must patch the english original ROM for cart position loading or else the connecting player will whitescreen.)

Wow, I just had to register just to comment on this. The translation patch is so well done, it even looks like an actual english release

Really nice, you guys did a great job. It's great to be able to actually understand what is going on. The "lessons" are the best part of the patch, in my opinion, since now I can learn how to make more than 5 chains... Thanks a lot, really.

Right, I managed to have a good play through of this now and I am impressed. You guys are brilliant, I now know all of the dialogue which is what I always wanted to know

I'll bet that's what was intended. A translation of PPF2 would be interesting, now that it seems Sega put more effort into the storyline after PPF 1 (which was pretty much a trainwreck story wise, to say the least imho, and it's no less than expected the sequel started to improve on that.)
