This page contains information about the whole story and individual character stories in Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary.

Opening

The Story mode revolves around a tournament hosted by Accord, the teacher at the magic school in Primp Town; the victor receives a medal that will grant their one wish. As everyone in Primp Town prepares for the tournament, Sig notices what appear to six meteorites falling from the sky; Sig is ultimately indifferent and proceeds to enter the tournament.

Main Story

The game asks you to select any of the initial 16 characters: Amitie, Raffina, Sig, Klug, Lidelle, Ms. Accord, Dapper Bones, Yu and Rei, Ocean Prince, Onion Pixie, Donguri Gaeru, Lemres, Feli, Baldanders, Akuma, and Arle. When their stories are completed for the first time, the other 6 playable characters (depending on which two were faced at Stages 4 and 8) are unlocked: Nasu Grave, Suketoudara, Zoh Daimaoh, Schezo, Rulue, and Satan.

All individual characters have their own stories that result in them winning the tournament. Due to the fact that no winner was ever canonically decided, and the lack of a final story similar to 20th Anniversary, no one character’s ending can be decided as canon. However, due to the fact that some conversations from this game are referenced in later Puyo Puyo games, 15th Anniversary as a whole is canonical to the greater Puyo Puyo series.

Amitie

Stage 1 - Raffina

Amitie is surprised at the fact she has to face Raffina first, who states that beating her will be a breeze. Amitie then mentions that she thinks that playing Puyo isn't good for Raffina's skin, in which she insults her claim, instead saying that playing sporting moderately is the basics for both beauty and health, in which Amitie agrees with her, as she thinks Raffina's movements are “daring“. Raffina then states that she likes the Excavation mode, noting that she's always curious about what's under the ground, before finally challenging Amitie to a game of Puyo.

Stage 2 - Donguri Gaeru

Seeing Donguri Gaeru, Amitie is once again surprised, as she did not know he was in the tournament. Calling him “Ribbitie“, she says she won't go easy on him, even if he was her real brother.

Stage 3 - Feli

Feli claims that Amitie is thinking of a “Bad thing“, in which Amitie denies the claim, confused on what she means. Thinking she's playing dumb, Feli insist she knows, and Amitie tells her to guess what she's thinking. After a few seconds, Feli shrieks, to Amitie's shock, claiming that Amitie wants a Puyo match, which was what Amitie was thinking. Feli then explains the “Bad thing“ that Amitie was thinking; That she intends to beat her in a match.

Stage 4 - Nasu Grave

Halfway through the tournament, Amitie becomes hungry, and asks Nasu Grave who he is, and he responds that he's an eggplant. Looking at him, she asks of he's edible, to which he says no. Amitie then notes that he's not from Primp, which Nasu confuses for a type of pudding, asking it it's edible. Confused, she assumes he's a monster trying to eat Primp Town, and a Puyo battle ensues.

Stage 5 - Arle Nadja

Amitie asks Arle how she was sent to Primp, where she responds that she was warped to Primp when she was playing Puyo in her world, and hopes this tournament will help her return back home. Curious on how Arle would do that, Amitie says that maybe Arle can fly, but Arle tells that she doesn't know if she would return back home by flying, teleportation, or the sort. However, Amitie still wants to try to make her fly, and challenges her to a game of Puyo, slightly scaring Arle.

Stage 6 - Ocean Prince

Ocean Prince immediately asks Amitie why she's challenging him, and she responds by saying that she's just going through the tournament, to which he's appalled that she would challenge him to a match, claiming he's the prince of the sea. Amitie states that she knows he's the Ocean Prince, but he cuts her off, calling the idea of her challenging him, and summoning his butler to punish her.

Stage 7 - Sig

Amitie greets Sig and tells him that there's a tree full of insects in the forest, and she's willing to tell him about it if he helps her become the champion of the tournament. Sig agrees and asks what he has to do, to which Amitie responds by saying to go easy on her during the Puyo match, with gentle hands. Sig agrees, though notes that his left hand might be hard, and tries to grab Amitie hands to see if they're hard, to which she declines and states that they're soft like Puyo. Relieved that her hand aren't becoming odd like his, Sig proceeds to challenge Amitie to a Puyo match.

Final Stage - Schezo Wegey

As she reaches the final round, Amitie encounter Schezo as her final opponent, noting that he seems very powerful. Schezo, on the other hand, wonders where Amitie got her red Puyo cap, confusing her into thinking he wants it, and says it probably won't look good on him. Schezo then says that she's unaware of the potential of her cap, and accidentally asks her to be his desire. Amitie immediately calls Schezo a “weirdo“, to which he corrects himself and states that he desires her cap.

Amitie's Wish

Ms. Accord congratulates a celebratory Amitie on her victory over the tournament. Amitie makes the wish to be a wonderful magic user, though it appears to have no effect. Accord claims this is because the medal finds her satisfactory, an explanation that Amitie dislikes. Popoi states that he hopes that it will one day truly come to pass.

Raffina

Stage 1 - Dapper Bones

Raffina faces Dapper Bones on her first match, and Dapper compliments Raffina's style of clothing, saying it pops out while still looking cute, and the yellow pouch is a great accessory. Raffina, seemingly proud of herself, tells Dapper to compliment her more, noting that with her fashion style being so beautiful, it also represents her own beautiful behavior, to which Dapper fully agrees, while also tells Raffina to guess how long it could've taken him to have that same mindset. Raffina correctly guesses 150 years, and Dapper calls her a fashion diva, saying it'll be a honor to battle her.

Stage 2 - Lidelle

Surprised she entered the tournament, Raffina faces against Lidelle next, who says that she's a bit nervous when it comes to the tournament, and asks if it's really okay if she's participating. Raffina sees no issues with it, telling Lidelle that she was brave enough to even enter. Lidelle is surprised at that line of thinking, but is happy with it, saying she can see this tournament through. Curious, Raffina asks what Lidelle what she might wish for, and Lidelle starts to stutter a bit, before Raffina asks again, telling her to say it loud and proud. Lidelle states her wish; To become the strongest in the world. (Curiously, this is not her actual wish in her story) Raffina calls the wish a noble ambition, and calls Lidelle a worthy opponent, and battles her.

Stage 3 - Akuma

Akuma is Raffina's third opponent, who asks if Raffina is challenging his wisdom, and she says yes, nothing that, while Akuma might be old and smart, she still won't hold back. While Akuma himself thinks that he's not old enough to be treated like an elder, Raffina asks what he'll wish for if he wins the tournament, and Akuma says he can't answer, for a wish isn't spoken. However, Raffina disagrees, as she thinks that people can discuss their wishes with anyone, making them stronger as they give a bigger push towards their goal. Akuma sees what Raffina is talking about, and agrees with her, but Raffina prefers to have a Puyo battle than debate.

Stage 4 - Zoh Daimaoh

Raffina sees Zoh Daimaoh, a person she has never seen before, while Zoh himself is unfamiliar with the place he's at. Saying that they're at Primp Town, Raffina asks if Zoh is here for the tournament. Zoh realizes that the tournament is the reason why all the Puyo matches are occurring, and Raffina asks if they can play Puyo together, saying that it's more exciting as a match if she plays against someone as big as Zoh. Also getting excited, Zoh agrees to a Puyo match.

Stage 5 - Klug

Mimicking their encounter in Puyo Puyo Fever, Klug gives his salutations to Raffina, noting that she's made it far into the tournament. Raffina gives her salutations to Klug as well, even saying her iconic “Damn that Mr. Goody-Two Shoes,” line. Klug notes that it's quite fortunate that they encountered each other now, as he can end Raffina's useless journey, in his own words. Raffina says she can say the same about Klug's journey, while he says that he's rather touched by the empty threats, yet Raffina says that he will feel rather touched after getting a ton of nuisance Puyo from her.

Stage 6 - Baldanders

Raffina seems displeased to meet Baldanders, calling him a mangy mutt, noting that she's onto him. As such, she starts to point out Baldander's body, calling out his large body and large, sharp fangs, calling him a “Big Bad Wolf,” along with several other insults related to Little Red Riding Hood and The Three Little Pigs.

Stage 7 - Yu and Rei

Raffina encounters Yu and Rei, who begin a quiz for Raffina, who doesn't care for the quiz as a whole. Yu then asks the first question, “A ghost has no feet, so then, what has 4 feet at birth, and 3 at old age?” Raffina correctly guesses “Man,” and Yu says that Raffina won, and tries to mention the prize, but Raffina cuts her off, saying that she's getting a Puyo match against the two ghosts. Yu then says that Raffina got two correct answers, and gets a special Puyo match with her and Rei.

Final Stage - Satan

Satan is Raffina's final opponent, and while she's relieved that the tournament is about to end soon and that the medal is but in her grasp, Satan overhears her and asks what the medal does. Raffina calls him out for eavesdropping, but Satan says that she should try to do an inner monologue next time. Raffina then says that she has no time for Satan, but once again, Satan counters her back, saying he'll make time and that now he wants the medal as well. However, Raffina says that he can't because he didn't join the tournament, and that he has to fight to get it. Satan, though, says that's too much work, and would rather to beat Raffina and take the medal now. Raffina calls Satan a cheater, and won't allow him to cut through to the end like that, as she's going to take what's rightfully hers.

Raffina's Wish

Raffina is overjoyed with her final win, as Ms. Accord gives her the medal, and asks what wish Raffina has. Raffina wonders if she should ask for more beauty or more power, and decides on being more beautiful, yet doesn't feel a change. Ms. Accord then says that the medal didn't do anything because Raffina is already very beautiful. Surprised, Raffina calls the medal smart, and says that it already knows the meaning of true beauty; Raffina herself, and she promptly leaves. However, Popoi says that the medal didn't grant her wish because she was already beautiful, but rather it couldn't grant such an abstract wish.

Sig

Stage 1 - Onion Pixie

Sig's happy about the tournament starting and greets Onion Pixie, his first opponent. He notices that Onion Pixie is alone, and wonders why, to which Onion Pixie begins to get agitated at Sig for taking Oniko from him on accident. Sig immediately states that he gives up on her, but Onion Pixie is not convinced because he gave up too easily. However, Sig does say that Onion Pixie and Oniko do make a cute couple, and he doesn't intend to intrude, but Onion Pixie is still mad at him either way.

Stage 2 - Arle

Arle is excited to play Puyo, contrary to Sig's laid-back attitude, and she asks if he likes the color blue. Sig says he does, telling her that it's the sky and the ocean, and Arle states that she loves them also, saying that the colors of the sky and ocean reminds her of her world. However, even though she's grown to love Primp, Arle has grown homesick, and Sig wonders if there's a way to go back and fourth between world. Arle is certain that it's possible and there has to be a clue in the Puyo matches, and asks Sig to play Puyo with her, which he agrees to.

Stage 3 - Baldanders

Greeting Baldanders, Sig greets him, yet says he can't play with him as he's in the tournament. Hearing Baldanders' barks, Sig notes that everyone is busy with the tournament, leading Baldanders to become incredibly bored, thus leading him into also joining the tournament. Hearing this, Sig says he can play with him.

Stage 4 - Suketoudara

Noticing Suketoudara, Sig wonder if Suketoudara is Ocean Prince's friend, to which Suketoudara replies that he's surprised that people don't know him here, and thought he was invited by fans who love his dance. Sig questions the dancing part, and says he doesn't dance, he just plays Puyo, and whilst calling Suketoudara "Uncle," asks if he's any good at playing it. Suketoudara says yes, yet asks Sig to stop calling him an uncle. Sig apologizes, and asks to play Puyo with "Uncle Fish".

Stage 5 - Ms. Accord

Sig is surprised to see Ms. Accord enter the tournament, who asks if he's having fun in the tournament, to which he says that he is. Ms. Accord says that she joined the tournament to also have a fun time, while also directly testing her students to see if they've learned anything from her lessons. Sig notes that it sounds just like a pop quiz, and Ms. Accord can see why he thinks that, and asks to prepare for the Puyo match.

Stage 6 - Lemres

Lemres greets Sig, and guesses that he's hungry by now. Sig replies that he is indeed hungry, and Lemres tries to offer him sweets, candy or chocolate to be specific, and says that Sig can only choose one, as choosing teaches important lessons. Sig says that he wants neither, and Lemres notes that's just like him and asks if he'd prefer a match of Puyo instead, to which Sig says he does.

Stage 7 - Ocean Prince

Ocean Prince notices Sig, his former servant, who says that he's hungry and asks if being a servant would give him free meals. While under usual circumstances, Ocean Prince would've helped him, but says that the tournament has strict laws, so he's unable to help. Sig asks what laws are, asking if they hurt. While shocked that he doesn't know what laws are, even for the tournament itself, Ocean Prince tells Sig that laws are important rules, and that you obey them, and face punishment if you don't, before explaining the "Most Important Law," that people cannot defeat him. Sig says that the law Ocean Prince said does hurt a bit, and ask what will happen if he defies the law, to which Ocean Prince immediately replies back saying that the dungeon awaits him. Sig, considering being a law-breaker, still fights Ocean Prince.

Final Stage - Rulue

Rulue wonders where she is as of now, to which Sig quickly replies that she's in Primp. As Rulue has never heard of Primp, she assumes that she's really off the map, meanwhile Sig asks who she is. Rulue says that Sig is too young to know, in which he tries to leave immediately, making Rulue upset, saying that she can't properly introduce herself if Sig just leaves. Rulue then introduces herself fully, adding that she's also the future wife of her darling Satan. Sig is impressed with the speech, yet Rulue says the whole introduction was tiring, but asks Sig if he knows her darling Satan, to which Sig doesn't even know what Satan is. While Rulue is annoyed that he doesn't know, Sig asks if she arrived at Primp while playing Puyo like Arle, to which she says yes to, but is incredibly upset at the realization, saying that Arle is her rival, and that she has to beat Arle. Sig casually replies that he'll fight for Arle in her place, before the final match ensues.

Sig's Wish

Ms. Accord congratulates Sig on winning the tournament, and asks what Sig might wish for. Sig says that his wish is for brand new insects in the forest, and asks if the wish was made. However, Ms. Accord says that the wish wasn't granted, as the medal doesn't like insects, while also saying that the medal itself can't drive the insects away, so it'll grant any wish but that one. Bummed out, Sig says that would catch every bug that makes the medal upset, but understands, saying he's sorry to the medal, where Ms. Accord says that the medal itself is sorry.

Klug

Stage 1 - Lidelle

Klug's first match is against Lidelle, who notes that she'll be a good warm-up. Lidelle, surprised, ask if she's even going to be a good warm-up, and quietly agrees to engage in a match. Klug then says his goal for the tournament; To win and become famous like Lemres, and says that Lidelle can be known as the girl who was his first opponent, to which she replies that she doesn't mind not becoming famous. Klug sneers at what she says, saying she has a sad life, and that his name will go down in history while she'll be the first stepping stone. Confused, Lidelle mentions that she doesn't want to be stepped on, and Klug, unaware of what she meant, mentions that it can't be helped, but he'll try not to step too hard on her.

Stage 2 - Donguri Gaeru

Calling him the “Acorn Frog,” Klug mentions that Donguri Gaeru is no match for him and his genius, insulting the fact that he can roll, asking if Donguri Gaeru can roll away from here. Donguri Gaeru gets agitated, and Klug realizes that he wants to roll all over him, and note that Donguri Gaeru doesn't know his place, and that he will be mention in Klug's autobiography as a footnote.

Stage 3 - Amitie

Klug realizes that his next match is Amitie, and says that she's another insignificant challenge to him. Amitie does note that Klug is smart, and says that the gloves are off and that she won't hold back. However, her voice is hesitant, as Klug mentions, and jokes that she may still have some gloves on. Surprised as the statement, Amitie says that Klug may be himself, but she can still beat him. Seemingly annoyed at the statement, Klug questions what she meant by the remark she said, and she apologizes, mentioning that maybe she said too much. Regaining his composure, Klug states that this is nothing but childish banter, and that it has little affect as someone as mature as him, before Amitie asks to keep his gloves on and to hold back.

Stage 4 - Suketoudara

Noticing Suketoudara, Klug mentions that he's not familiar with the species of fish Suketoudara is, and notes that he's quite hyper, and asks if he was changed by Lemres' magic. Confused and unsure of who Lemres is, Suketoudara says that he's been like this his entire life, and replies that if Klug doesn't know him, he must not play Puyo. Once again annoyed at a statement, Klug mentions that Suketoudara doesn't know who he is, but Suketoudara replies that he indeed doesn't know who Klug is, let alone where he is. Seizing an opportunity, Klug mentions the he's the future leader of the world he lives in, and says it's an honor for Suketoudara to even challenge him, but Suketoudara mentions that he's the future leader of the dance world, and a Puyo match ensues.

Stage 5 - Yu and Rei

Thinking to himself that he's halfway done with the tournament, and in the same vein, halfway to becoming famous, Yu introduces herself and Rei as the famous ghost twins “Yu and Mei,” to which Rei replies with his own name, and that they're just ghosts, not famous ones. Yu, cheerful as usual, corrects herself and says that she hopes Klug enjoyed their act, which he replies in disgust that he has to fight them. The topic then goes to the medal that's given to the winner of the tournament, and Yu asks if Klug wants it, to which he says yes and says he knows he'll win the whole thing.

Stage 6 - Sig

In a small twist of events, Klug asks how Sig is doing, to he replies that it's ordinary, as usual. Klug then tells that that instead of catching insects, Sig should become a bookworm like him. Sig wonders how cool a bookworm can be, to which Klug mentions that they're very cool, and nothing looks as cool than being smart and looking good with books, such as himself, and that he's coolest of them all. Sig, thinking that bookworms are actually worms, says that if he catches a bookworm, his collection would become even cooler, to which Klug corrects him by saying bookworms aren't actually worms, and says that he should quit his bug-catching hobby. Instead, Sig says that he doesn't want to become a bookworm because he might get caught, and Klug mentions that they never get caught.

Stage 7 - Feli

Feli immediately tells Klug that he can't go any further in the tournament, and Klug realizes who Feli is, and calls her a decent diviner. Feli wonders why he said decent, as her divinations never failed, in which Klug replies that her saying that he can't go beyond this point is a lie, as she must've seen that his potential is at his max, that his destiny to be famous like his idol Lemres is already set, and that she wants an autograph. Feli mentions he's severely mistaken, noting that even if hell freezes, he'll never be like Lemres and he'll never be his. Klug accuses her of being jealous of him, and tries to start a sentence about Lemres, before Feli starts screaming that he's hers, and only hers, before condemning him to Puyo hell, while Klug tries to condemn her there also.

Final Stage - Rulue

Klug realizes this is his final match until he becomes famous, and notices that Rulue, his final opponent, looks powerful, and calls her an aunt. Rulue doesn't like being called an aunt, and Klug corrects himself to calling her “Miss,” before Rulue asks to go higher. Klug, surprised, goes up to “Lady,” before Rulue says to call her a queen, and not just a queen, but the Fighting Queen. Klug finally calls her “Your Fightingness,” before Rulue finally tells him to bow down to her fist, which Klug agrees, before asking Rulue if maybe she could add a full nelson to the mix, to which Rulue declines that offer.

Klug's Wish

Ms. Accord congratulates Klug on winning the tournament, before Klug says it was the only logical conclusion. With the medal in hand, Klug's wishes for his success as a wizard to be printed on the Monthly Kuromage, a 16 page spread at that. Popoi mentions that what Klug wished for is very specific, and Klug says it can't go wrong, but wonders when it'll come true, to which Ms. Accord says it will happen when he succeeds as a wizard. Klug, dumbfounded, mentions that he's always successful, so it'll happen, mentioning that he'll see it next month, or every month, before leaving. Popoi then realizes Klug is upset that he could've just wished to be a successful mage to start with.

Lidelle

Stage 1 - Donguri Gaeru

While Lidelle is quick to prepare herself for their impending match, she takes the time to ask Donguri Gaeru if there are others of his kind. She does not understand him very well, but seems to understand that there are indeed many others like him, and asks if a mob of fellow frogs will come after her for revenge if she wins the match. Further misunderstanding him, she is willing to do her best in the match and risk the potential punishment anyway.

He wishes all his people became his servants, with free meals and naps, and Popoi doesn't like the part about servitude. Ms. Accord explains the medal can only grant one of those three wishes, but the Ocean Prince doesn't hear this and leaves to see everyone's new happiness.

Yu and Rei both wish to swap with each other for one day. However, their wishes cancel each other out, much to their disappointment. Accord explains to them that twins often think alike.

Dapper Bones

Stage 1 - Ms. Accord

He is quick to criticize her clothing. When Ms. Accord comments that his critiques tend to be on the harsh side, he says that they don't have to be that way and suggests a makeover to her, deciding that if he wins their match, she should wear the dress of his choosing.

Stage 2 - Lidelle

Again, he criticizes her appearance, focusing mainly on her hair and how ridiculous he feels it looks. Lidelle's response is to express her jealousy that Dapper doesn't have to worry about his hairstyle like she does, offending him by calling attention to his lack of hair. Her further attempts to clarify her position only upset him more.

Stage 3 - Amitie

Amitie immediately notices that he seems to be feeling down, which he explains is due to Lidelle's prior comments. Amitie asks him afterwards what he was like in the old days, to which Dapper is happy to reveal that he was "really cool", and was a natural blonde, with long, curly hair. Amitie wishes to see what he looked like, but Dapper admits that he no longer owns any old photos of himself, as he threw them into the sea. He then changes the subject and moves onto the Puyo match with Amitie, stating that he would like to see how skilled of a magic user she has become.

Stage 4 - Zoh Daimaoh

Dapper is immediately drawn to his choice in fashion, particularly curious about his bindi. After Zoh explains that such attire is only natural for him, Dapper responds that he figured Zoh's boyfriend must've suggested the bindi to him. Zoh gets flustered, stating that he is a man and does not have a boyfriend, and Dapper explains that bindi are commonly worn by married women, which is where he had gotten the idea from. Dapper further compliments Zoh, leaving him flustered.

Stage 5 - Sig

Dapper asks about Sig's wish, should he win the tournament. Sig responds that it is a secret, and Dapper is pleased to hear that Sig is grown up enough to have his own secrets. He compliments Sig on his appearance, particularly his hairstyle and the way he carried his bag, going on to note that he knew a bassist once that held his guitar the same way.

Stage 6 - Lemres

Dapper Bones seems quite happy to see Lemres and immediately compliments him. Lemres returns his compliments, but Dapper explains that flattery won't keep him from holding back in their upcoming match. Dapper mentions to Lemres that had he not already met someone first, he would be madly in love with him, and Lemres retorts that it's a shame someone beat him to him, because he would've liked to see Dapper when he still had his blonde hair, having apparently heard from Amitie about such. Mentioning that Amitie also discussed the photos Dapper threw into the sea, Lemres asks if Dapper would like him to retrieve them with his magic, causing Dapper to panic and beg him not to.

Stage 7 - Baldanders

Dapper compliments his mask, and discusses how despite some people figure him to be a cat person, he actually prefers dogs, noting their loyalty to their masters as the primary reason and relating it to how he is awaiting the return of his missing lover. Inferring that Baldanders is also waiting for someone, Dapper expresses extreme happiness at what he considers a kindred spirit.

Final Stage - Satan

Initially, Dapper mistakes Satan for his missing lover, only to realize his mistake when Satan introduces himself, while still in awe at the extreme similarity. When Dapper clarifies that he mistook Satan for someone he knew a long time ago and no longer knows the whereabouts of, Satan offers to search for the person for Dapper. However, Dapper has no belongings of theirs, and so he offers his hand as it has been touched by his lover, and Satan's search comes up empty regardless. Dapper tells him that his search may have failed because "the lost has already been found".

Dapper Bones' Wish

Upon winning the tournament, Dapper meets with Ms. Accord again to receive his medal and make his wish. His wish is to meet up again with his lover, but due to using and ambiguous time frame in which to meet them, he is distraught to learn that he still does not know when he will see them again. Ms. Accord, however, comforts him by assuring him that now a meeting has been guaranteed either way, and Dapper finds comfort in that certainty and insists that he can keep waiting.

Lemres

Stage 1 - Akuma

Lemres' first opponent is Akuma, who greets him with slight shock that Lemres is participating in the tournament. Lemres does note that this sort of behavior is unusual for him, but he says that he sensed that something would happen in the tournament, so he joined it due to being attracted to it, before saying that Akuma joined for the same reason as him. However, he believes that the sense is not a bad sense, and he's here to have fun. Akuma agrees with the sentiment, and before the Puyo match begins, Lemres says he'll give pieces of candy if he wins.

Stage 2 - Arle Nadja

Greeting Arle, Lemres says that today is a perfect day for giving out candies, while Arle asks to play Puyo and to do their best. Lemres notices that Arle is always very vigorous, and wonders what the secret is to being so vigorous in the first place. Arle never really has thought about the question in general, but assumes it's due to Carbuncle being around her all the time. Curious, Lemres then asks what would happen if Carbuncle disappeared out of nowhere, shocking Arle with the question. She starts to think about it, and begins to worry, causing Lemres to apologize for what he said, adding that he doesn't want to cause her trauma. Unfortunately, it's too late for Lemres, as Arle says that thinking about it has made her incredibly depressed, causing Lemres to try to make up for his mistake by giving her chocolate-coated candy. However, Carbuncle asks for candy coated in curry, confusing Lemres but agrees to it nevertheless.

Stage 3 - Klug

Klug realizes that he's going to play Puyo with Lemres, and says it's an honor to play against him. Lemres hasn't seen Klug in a while, and asks how he's been doing, and Klug answers by saying that he's been reading magical books every day to be like him. Curious about Klug's results, Lemres asks to see said results, and Klug happily agrees to show, saying that he's been studying magic related to the cosmos. Saying it's just like Klug to studying the cosmos, Lemres finally asks to demonstrate the skills Klug has learned.

Stage 4 - Suketoudara

While Suketoudara dances, Lemres greets him, noticing that Suketoudara is in high spirits. Suketoudara's tone shifts after Lemres greets him however, saying that Lemres smells tough and full of danger, much to Lemres' surprise, instead thinking that he smells rather sweet instead. Suketoudara, however, says Lemres is bitter and black, causing Lemres to think that it's due to him not having enough candy on him, making him worry. The tone shifts again though to a more cheerful one, as Suketoudara tells Lemres to not fret about it, and to cheer up by dancing, though Lemres states that he's not good at it. Suketoudara doesn't seem to mind that though, so Lemres decides to cheer himself up and freshen up as well.

Stage 5 - Raffina

Like the rest of the battles beforehand, Lemres greets Raffina, saying he's quite happy to play against her. However, the sentiment is not mutual, as Raffina isn't so happy to battle Lemres. Surprised, Lemres asks if she just doesn't like candy, but Raffina says that it's nothing personal, and she just wants to be the champion of the tournament, so she's in no mood for candy or for meeting a tough guy like Lemres. Lemres thinks about being called a “tough guy”, thinking it's better than being called a “juicy guy” or an “odd guy”. After, Raffina wonders what wish Lemres would choose for if he wins, and curiously, Lemres hasn't even thought about what he might wish for, and Raffina asks that if he's unable to think of one, he can always grant her request, which Lemres says he can do, before a Puyo match ensues before Lemres can change his mind.

Stage 6 - Ms. Accord

Lemres is surprised that Ms. Accord is in the tournament, while she says that there's no need to be so formal with her. However, Lemres says that he can't help it, as Accord is precious to him. Accord wonders what's gotten into Lemres, and asks Popoi on his opinion, but he finds the whole interaction no big deal, as that's how Lemres usually is. Lemres states that he's been longing for a game of Puyo with Accord, and she shares the sentiment with him. Lemres thinks about his sweets versus Accord's music, realizing that it'll make a wonderful harmony, and says he'll give her 100 marshmallows if he wins.

Stage 7 - Feli

Feli is excited to meet Lemres, and he notices the excitement, realizing that she's doing her best. As this match is the seventh match, and with lucky sevens, Feli decides that the meeting here was fate, and Lemres says that it must be good faith, giving Feli his favorite type of candy, a lollipop on a stick with swirly patterns. Feli says that Lemres' victory is inevitable, but he's personally unsure about it, as he's about to play her in Puyo, but Feli says that she's never won against Lemres, and that this match will be no different. Lemres jokes about throwing the match, which Feli calls blasphemy for, saying that she won't allow that to occur. Lemres apologizes, saying that he'll try his best to beat her in Puyo.

Final Stage - Rulue

Lemres formally greets Rulue, who wonders who he is. Lemres introduces himself as a warlock who's still a student, and asks if Rulue wants candy, who's tempted, but declines because she's on a diet, yet is interested in Lemres as a whole. Lemres himself says that she was the one who examined him first, and says that something isn't obvious at first glance, but what Rulue does see is that Lemres seems strong, something he says back to Rulue. Asking how Lemres got to that conclusion, Lemres tells that Rulue's eyes, brawn, and her movements show everything about her, noting that he thinks that she's a fighter. Rulue says that he's correct, saying she's the Fighting Queen, which Lemres compliments, saying her name and title are nice, while also saying that he would like to name a white lollipop with blue lines after her. After complimenting Rulue, Lemres requests a game of Puyo with her, to which Rulue agrees to.

Lemres' Wish

Ms. Accord congratulates Lemres for winning, who says that he had fun in the tournament. After giving Lemres the medal, Accord wonders what Lemres' wish might be, and that she's curious, which Lemres says she doesn't mind telling only her. Accord thinks that the wish might not be what she thinks, before asking Popoi if the wish might be his secret, before Popoi says he doubts it. Lemres says they're being too much, and that he can't believe that they think that he would really do “That”, which Popoi says yes to. Lemres reassures Popoi that he's a lot more simple than they think, saying he's already made his wish, before saying he's paying the ocean a visit. Popoi guesses he did something to the ocean, while Accord thinks that, with Lemres' penchant for candy, turned the ocean into sweet jelly and the sand into cocoa powder, before she and Popoi check the ocean. Lemres comes back after they left, saying they were close, but a bit off, saying the sand cocoa powder wouldn't taste good without powdered sugar and skim milk, the pebbles being made into chocolate, and shells becoming sweet candies before realizing that he's talking to himself and leaves.

Ms. Accord congratulates Feli on winning, and tells her not to rush on making her wish. Feli insists that her wish is a matter of extreme urgency, and wishes to be classmates with Lemres. Ms. Accord informs her that wishes regarding the school cannot be granted, as the Magic School is the sponsor, so instead Feli wishes for Lemres to stop growing into an adult so he can wait for her to grow into adulthood. After Feli leaves, Popoi asks Ms. Accord what will happen to Lemres, with Ms. Accord stating that because their appearances are already kept by magic, nothing will happen to him, and saying Feli should've wished instead to grow into adulthood faster. Feli was eavesdropping during this conversation, and thanks Ms. Accord for teaching her a valuable lesson.

Schezo Wegey

Stage 1 - Feli

Feli senses darkness, which Schezo notes that he's surprised to know that Feli can sense it, before claiming that he's a Dark Wizard. On the other hand, because Schezo is the darkness, to Feli, Lemres is the light that shines in the darkness, calling him a comet due to his status as a comic warlock. Schezo sees her as cryptic, but very well spoken, leading Feli to think that he's trying to hide her from Lemres, saying it's suspicious that he doesn't even know who Lemres is. Schezo denies this, saying that he doesn't even know who he is, and assumes Lemres is a literal comet. However, Feli takes this as him being an assassin, trying to take out Lemres.

Stage 2 - Lidelle

Schezo assumes that Lidelle is an imp, which she takes offense to. Schezo doesn't seem to be apologetic, however, saying that she does look like one, and that it shouldn't offend her, though Lidelle says that even so, he shouldn't have said it out loud. Schezo is confused on why it's rude to call her an imp, as he used to be called on when he was younger, and relished in the fact, before realizing that he was in the wrong for calling Lidelle an imp, noting that he would also be offended if someone judged him purely based off how he looks, like “Eggplant” or “Fishman”. Lidelle also adds the word “Pervert” to that list, not knowing how big that word is to Schezo. He takes immediate offense to what Lidelle said, revoking his old statement and calling her an imp again.

Stage 3 - Onion Pixie

Once again, Schezo confuses Onion Pixie for an imp like Lidelle. As Onion Pixie speaks, Schezo says he can't understand Onion Pixie's dialect, instead deciding to note his body movements rather than his language. Schezo sees Onion Pixie go from cautious to angry, before reaching the conclusion that Onion Pixie sees him as a threat and a challenge, and while saying his intention aren't hostile, challenges Onion Pixie.

Stage 4 - Rulue

Schezo is surprised to see Rulue, who thinks the same, though hoped she would've ran into Satan instead. Schezo says that even to this day, Rulue's eyes are only for Satan, which she agrees too, complimenting his hair and horns, before saying Schezo is nothing compared to him. Seemingly taking no offense, he notes that Rulue's love is still blind, yet wishes her luck on her endeavors. Rulue agrees on the sentiment, though says that Schezo would be better chasing her around rather than Arle forever and ever. Schezo accidentally agrees with the statement, saying he only has eyes for Arle, before correcting himself to saying he only wants her power. Rulue finds the antics fun, but a Puyo match more enjoyable.

Stage 5 - Donguri Gaeru

Seeing Donguri Gaeru, Schezo finds it incredibly cute, and also relieved to know that it's not another imp. As Donguri Gaeru speaks, Schezo asks it to sing a song to cure his fatigue, and Donguri Gaeru does so. Schezo finds the singing cute, and that he wants Donguri Gaeru, who is shocked at the statement, and attacks Schezo.

Stage 6 - Lemres

Lemres immediately senses that Schezo is a Dark Wizard, which Schezo himself is surprised by, before Lemres continues that he only sense it a little due to his status as a comic warlock. Realizing what Feli meant way beforehand, Schezo realizes that Lemres is an actual person rather than a comet, but calls her the “Occult Girl,” which Lemres realizes. Schezo continues, saying that Feli fought bravely, and that it was fairly admirable. However, Lemres realizes that he bullied Feli, so Schezo gets no candy from him. Confused, Schezo asks about the candy, and Lemres says that they're his sinews. However, somehow Schezo thinks Lemres is a pervert like him. Surprised that he was called one, Lemres says that he's been called “Suspicious” before, but never a “Pervert”. Schezo accidentally asks Lemres to be his desire, which Lemres finds the sentiment nice, but denies it politely, saying he doesn't swing that way. Schezo says that he doesn't want Lemres nor his candy, but rather his power, similar to Arle.

Stage 7 - Sig

Schezo wonders what happened to Sig's arm, to which Sig replies he doesn't really know, and that it doesn't really affect him, calling it nothing special. Schezo wonders who Sig is, to which he replies with his name, before Schezo says that he wasn't actually asking for his name, and was more thinking out loud. Sig continues, saying he's a student at Primp Magic School, before Schezo asks him to be his desire. Sig is seemingly not surprised by the statement, flat out asking if Schezo is a pervert, before Schezo says that his words failed him again, and asks for Sig's power, not Sig himself.

Final Stage - Arle Nadja

Similar to Rulue, Arle is surprised to see Schezo, but Schezo cuts straight to the chase, saying that he wants Arle's power. However, Arle realizes that he hasn't changed at all, which is a relief to her, while also saying that it's quite relaxing too. Schezo says it's like Café au lait without milk, which Arle says that what Schezo said is just coffee, before he says that he prefers the name of Café au lait. Arle is glad that Schezo hasn't changed a bit since they last met, but Schezo says that Arle has been acting quite oddly compared to her normal self. Arle doesn't even realize it, and asks Carbuncle if she's changed, before Schezo interjects and asks Arle to be his desire, forgetting that he said that four other times. However, Arle doesn't mind it, and says that they have to fight now.

Schezo's Wish

Accord congratulates the winner, Schezo, who didn't even know that a tournament was underway. When told about the medal, Schezo contemplates using it to siphon Arle's or the Primp residents' power, but ultimately chooses to go for people not calling him a pervert anymore. However, as Schezo's inflection of the word "hentai" is very specific (ヘ・ン・タ・イ as opposed to ヘンタイ), only that specific pronunciation of "hentai" is blocked out. (In the Puyo Nexus fan-translation, this is replaced with Schezo being called synonyms for pervert, like weirdo.) Schezo laments his fate of being called a pervert for the rest of his days, to which Accord interjects with an attitude improvement possibly being the remedy to this issue. Surprisingly, Schezo takes her up on this offer.

Rulue's Wish

Rulue's victory is congratulated by Ms. Accord, who tells her about the medal. Rulue initially wants to wish for Satan's love, but then she would be picked after Arle. However, she cannot bring herself to admit that Satan loves Arle more. Somehow the medal decides that Rulue's wish was to be unable to admit that Satan prefers Arle to her, much to Rulue's dismay.
